This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location near the bus stop is convenient for exploring Hakata or Tenjin, the main shopping areas, and there are plenty of choices of restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the small double bed as advertised, ensure a comfortable stay.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located near the famous mall where we spent our Christmas day shopping and discovering new places to dine. The room was cozy and had free Wi-Fi which was a saver during our stay. The staff was polite and helpful.
The bathroom was incredibly small, and the shower was uncomfortable to use as it was practically glued to the toilet, not an experience we enjoyed during our festive season. the room was a bit dusty and didn't seem to have been deep cleaned in a while.

We found a hotel that was near canal city, close to the subway, and easy to get to. It had a location that made it easy to flag down a taxi and the staff were polite and accommodating even though their English was limited.
The room was small and cramped, making it difficult to open up our luggage.

Location.
The Hotel staff must know or understand English in order to communicate with international guests. It was really hard to commmunicate with them.

Not good for international guests as they do not have good services and facilities to guests like internet, phone call, english speaking staffs, food corner is not well established etc.

The room was kept spotless--the sheets were changed every day, even though we stayed there for six days. I really appreciated the coin-operated clothes washers and dryers--we had nothing but dirty clothes when we arrived
I wish that I could have gotten a discount on the rate, since we were there for six days. I signed up for the Toyoko Inn Club, but I'm still not sure that I was given the discount.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a short walk to Hakata station and Canal City is right across the street. It was so convenient to have all these options for dining and shopping within walking distance. Plus, the hotel is super close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
All was perfectly fine during my stay.

Location near Hakata Station
Extremely Spartan. Just the bare minimum in space and amenities. "Large Single" meant you could walk between the wall and the bed.

Clean safe quiet and the staff was really nice! My comma button's broken.
It's a great place for the price. Rooms are small but you get what you pay for. I just needed a place to sleep for a visa run. This place was just fine for the price.
